The Nitrator significantly changes the way growers fertilize crops. This disruptive technology allows greenhouses, vertigrows and farms to increase crop yields, shorten the grow cycle, and reduce the need for chemical Nitrogen fertilizers. This results in not only higher profits, but lower negative harmful environmental impact.

ORGANIC PLANT FERTILIZER
About 79% of our atmosphere is nitrogen, but not in a form that plants can absorb. This is because it takes a large amount of energy to break apart nitrogen molecules. The energy released during a lightning event converts atmospheric nitrogen and oxygen into nitric oxide (NO). This oxides into nitrogen dioxide (NO2) then to nitric acid (HN03.) This deposited into the earth’s surface in the ensuing rain in a form that can be taken up by plants. Simply speaking, lightning converts the rain to a fertilized water containing nitrates NO2 and NO3.
Although this naturally occurring reaction has been known for hundreds of years, the technology has never been commercialized unti now. The Nitrator™ contains a patent pending plasma chamber, water injection system and air mixing chamber that mimics nature and creates NitroWater™.
The unique nitrogen compounds that are formed in NitroWater™ are absorbed by plants significantly faster than chemical nitrogen fertilizer increasing the yield of cash crops. Informal in-house studies have determined that tomato crops show a 30 to 50 % increase in yield when treated with NitroWater™ over plants fed with chemical nitrogen. Marijuana, the most valuable cash crop shows a 40 to 50% increase in nodes. This generates more sellable buds while shortening the grow cycle by 10-15%.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Traditional indoor and outdoor farming generate water pollution in the form of chemical nitrogen runoff that pollutes well water and cause algae to bloom in ponds and coastal waterways. The powerful fertilizer NitroWater™, made by the Nitrator™ has the beneficial property of naturally dissipating the nitrogen back into the atmosphere, which significantly reduces the pollution to groundwater and waterways.
TEMP MINDER
Temp Minder is an automated temperature monitoring system that will log and alert the ambient temperature and humidity levels of the grow operation. Sensors are wireless and do not require drilling or running wires to specific areas and be placed anywhere in the grow facility to ensure proper temperature parameters. Each sensor can be set with specific high and low settings as well as an alarm delay to mitigate false alarms. Sensors can also be configured to identify door open sensing, remote temperature sensing and more.

Temp Minder Online
Access live temperature data as well as two years of minute-by-minute graphs. Data can be viewed in consolidated average or exception reports. Identify trends in the temperature ranges to mitigate potential temperature extremes and equipment failures. Alerts are configured to send e-mail and text message notifications if temperature or humidity falls out of range. The system will indicate the type, time and recipient of notifications that were sent out. Unlimited users can access site with personal user accounts.


i.Print3®Automated Labeling Solutions Distribution, Inventory, Management, Sales Combine with Scale for accurate weight printing
i.Print is a stand alone automated labeling solution for grow house and dispensary operations. The i.Print3 eliminates the need for an external computer and allows for consistent on demand labeling where and when it is needed.
Program the i.Print3 with products that need to be labeled; it will automatically calculate use by dates, packaged dates and apply product specific information with address, logo’s, barcode and more. Label formats can be designed specially for the operational needs and have multiple formats for different requirements. Several types of labels are available from continuous label material to allow for multi-length labels from one roll type and specialized die cut material for specific label sizes.
Program i.Print3 remotely from a web based interface. This allows for quick changes as products and regulations evolve. Sync i.Print up with the inventory and ordering system for easy product management. Load PDF and Video operational training procedures onto or for easy access to media and strengthen training protocol.
Combine i.Print3 with a scale to automatically print weight on label for accurate dispensing and inventory control. Web based interface to access usage reports.
